I should have written a coherent explanation of what the video actually shows. As you figured out, it's video from a camera affixed to one of the 2 solid rocket boosters on a space shuttle (I think it's Endeavour).
The audio is what really freaks me out, I think: creaking from the metal expanding and contracting, and some wind noise, but otherwise it's so quiet.

Man, law school has totally eaten my brain. For about 20 seconds, I was stumped, because I only saw one booster in the shot. *sigh*
