HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius briefs the press, notes NBC's Chuck Todd sneezing while another journo asks a question. She's about to let it go, but then she thinks again, glares at Todd, interrupts the journo asking her a question, and chastises Todd for sneezing into his hand rather than into his elbow.
